Advanced Pharmacy Routing and Access Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional virtual patient support with a focus on customer satisfaction while managing routine service interactions.

• Direct specialty prescriptions to the correct fulfillment channels and oversee related care coordination activities.

• Help mitigate prescription leakage and ensure continuity of care by keeping orders within the pharmacy network.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pharmacy technician certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) is preferred.

• Must meet all local and state qualifications.

• Pharmacy technician certification from the National Healthcare Association is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least one year of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• Required licensure or certification may be considered in place of education or experience, if applicable.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Specialty Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST is required.

• Full-time schedule is necessary.
