Associate Director, Industry Technology Strategist

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients and account leaders to define, shape, and secure high-value opportunities.

• Coordinate personnel, resources, and decision-making to advance pursuits.

• Develop playbooks, unique selling points, and cross-selling strategies.

• Influence service offerings, industry strategies, solutions, and market entry tactics.

• Lead account planning, territory assessments, pipeline management, and revenue projections.

• Integrate pursuit discipline (DEEPR) and enablement tools.

• Anticipate evolving client and market demands and adjust engagement strategies accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A sincere enthusiasm for addressing intricate client challenges and a steadfast, customer-centric approach.

• Proven experience in steering complex pursuits or projects to successful results.

• A commanding presence and credibility to be recognized as a leader by clients, sellers, and within the organization.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Proficient in motivating and coordinating direct, indirect, onshore, and offshore teams.

• Extensive network and adeptness at navigating complex environments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strongly preferred: background in shaping outsourcing/managed-services agreements or other transformational projects with considerable offshore delivery.

• Strongly preferred: experience in leveraging global teams during pursuits.
