This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive commercialization strategies that support market planning for BeOne’s oncology portfolio.
• Assist with the Global Oncology Pipeline.
• Design, implement, and oversee market research initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Commercial, Marketing Analytics, Corporate, and international affiliate teams to establish business goals.
• Create and execute market research strategies that tackle strategic challenges.
• Convert market research into actionable insights tailored for various audiences.
• Engage in primary market research initiatives for both pipeline and marketed products.
• Define business challenges and align stakeholders on research goals, methodologies, and suggestions.
• Identify and oversee suitable external research collaborators.
• Conduct compliant primary market research operations.
• Analyze national-level audit data for market sizing and comparative assessments.
• Synthesize primary research outcomes with secondary research and forecasting insights.
• Provide insights for monthly and quarterly business evaluations.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for competitive and market insights.
• Relay stakeholder insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Utilize consulting expertise, including problem identification, hypothesis development, data analysis, value interpretation, and presentation delivery.
• Establish boundaries and prioritize essential, high-impact projects.
• Monitor trends in the oncology healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors to evaluate strategic implications.
• Adapt to changing business requirements.
• Foster relationships with internal and external partners.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree (e.g., Master’s/MBA or Ph.D.) in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
• Over 8 years of overall experience.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in consulting, market research, strategic analysis, and planning.
• Required experience in the US biotech or pharmaceutical marketplace.
• Preferred experience in oncology pre-launch and/or launch activities.
• Global and/or international experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Desirable familiarity with forecast models and secondary data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a knack for translating data into actionable business insights.
• Detail-oriented with robust project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in vendor and consultant management is highly preferred.
• Capacity to adjust plans and strategies in response to emerging market insights.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in PC applications, including the MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
