This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Address disruptions in access and reimbursement by educating office staff on payer coverage, policies, and acquisition pathways.
• Train healthcare offices to independently navigate access and reimbursement challenges during the post-prescribing phase.
• Provide support for complex access and reimbursement issues as needed.
• Identify and prioritize barriers to implementation for resolution at customer campuses.
• Develop strategic plans outlining next actions, responsible parties, and completion deadlines.
• Drive the closure of implementation barriers.
• Coordinate plans across internal partners for aligned customers based on a common diagnosis.
• Act as a field-based, customer-facing educational resource on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues related to ViiV’s long-acting injectables.
• Streamline and enhance the injectable implementation and user experience for healthcare providers, patients living with HIV, and individuals who can benefit from HIV prevention.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare reimbursement, specialty product support, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement HUB programs.
• Familiarity with J codes, Q codes, and billing requirements for reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
• Strong understanding of payer channels, including Medicare Parts B, C, D, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Experience with specialty injected or infused products in buy-and-bill environments across various care settings.
• Background in working with specialty pharmacy and reimbursement HUB services.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems and persuade effectively.
• Strong relationship management, problem-solving, and independent execution abilities.
• Proven track record of effectively educating offices about access and reimbursement processes.
• Proactive execution excellence focused on streamlining and simplifying processes.
• Demonstrated indirect/direct leadership with effective peer collaboration.
• Knowledge of aligned accounts and existing customer relationships.
