📋 Description

• Articulate the creative vision for each interactive project

• Remain engaged during production to guarantee the final result aligns with the initial concept

• Uphold exceptional standards for design, motion, and interaction quality

• Lead and nurture designers, creative technologists, and producers

• Offer creative guidance and act as the primary creative liaison for clients

• Propose innovative ideas and showcase completed projects to clients

• Keep abreast of emerging interactive formats, hardware, and platforms

• Incorporate AI-assisted tools into the processes of concepting, prototyping, and content production

• Guide junior and mid-level creatives

• Supervise spatial and environmental design along with interactive content

• Collaborate with production, fabrication, and technology partners on concepts that are both buildable and maintainable

• Monitor trends in interactive art, entertainment design, and consumer technology

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a creative capacity concentrating on interactive, digital, or experience design

• Several years of direct team management experience

• A portfolio demonstrating diversity in interaction design, visual design, and concept development

• Hands-on experience collaborating with enterprise or consumer technology clients

• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder layers in enterprise or consumer technology accounts

• Openness to working directly with creative tools, including Figma

• A solid understanding of current hardware and software capabilities

• Recent experience utilizing AI tools as part of the creative workflow

• Experience spanning the entire project lifecycle, from initial sketches to rapid prototyping to completed, fabricated, on-site experiences

• Knowledge of AR, VR, projection, and sensor-driven installations
