This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the provision of high-quality and equitable abortion services.
• Work collaboratively to create and implement new training tools while integrating existing resources into a standardized, cohesive, and accessible suite for staff onboarding, training, and resilience.
• Offer training on abortion service delivery, customer service, equity drivers, and various sexual and reproductive health (SRH) topics, including contraceptive care.
• Manage communication, registration, and coordination of CAPS proctoring programs for affiliate clinical staff.
• Support comprehensive, accessible, and adaptable training programs that cover clinical care, patient experience, and equity.
• Conduct clinical training sessions both remotely and in person.
• Develop strategies for the dissemination and use of training programs, creating response and improvement mechanisms based on barriers, evaluations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with healthcare delivery teams and training programs across various PPFA teams and divisions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• A high school diploma along with 5+ years of experience in SRH care and training, with a focus on abortion care.
• Proficiency in various aspects of abortion and SRH care visits.
• Strong understanding of the factors that contribute to efficient, exceptional, patient-centered healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by high emotional intelligence.
• Capability to establish effective partnerships with both internal and external collaborators and clients.
• Exceptional assessment and diplomatic abilities to navigate challenges.
• Familiarity with developing training evaluations and leveraging data.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in applying best practices in virtual training platforms.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Understanding and application of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, including concepts of power and privilege, emotional intelligence, and implicit bias.
• Awareness of the abortion-care landscape and the barriers and facilitators to abortion access nationwide.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects within scope, budget, and timeline at staff, board, and/or affiliate levels.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a highly matrixed environment.
• Highly organized, process-oriented self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• A strong passion for Planned Parenthood’s mission and commitment to health provision and advocacy.
• Must reside in an area that allows for quick and reliable access to an airport.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required.
