This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver a call experience that is not dependent on a script.
• Manage client calls from the initial greeting through to problem resolution.
• Establish rapport with callers from various backgrounds.
• Evaluate situations and offer potentially complex solutions.
• Navigate multiple systems while collecting relevant information.
• Employ clear, concise, and positive language when communicating with callers.
• Prioritize quality and first-call resolution while reducing processing time and after-call work.
• Assist clients in achieving financial clarity and their desired objectives.
• Engage in structured training, mentoring, regular manager meetings, and monthly coaching sessions.
• Cultivate expertise in annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims.
• Take part in recruiting/interviewing, focus groups, quality initiatives, and the launch of new services.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Preferred experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or insurance.
• Familiarity with navigating complex customer interactions from support to resolution.
• Willingness to embrace change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
• Availability for training hours from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, starting November 2nd, 2026.
• After training, capacity to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
• A private, secure, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
• Reliable power supply and hard-wired internet connection via ethernet to router/modem.
• Internet speed requirements: 30 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
