This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Verify documentation for mortgages, home loans, SME loans, loans against property, and auto loans in accordance with operational guidelines, credit approvals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Create documentation checklists, document discrepancies, and raise exceptions as necessary.

• Process loan disbursements and update loan information in the system.

• Accurately post financial transactions and submit cases to the Checker for authorization.

• Manage loan servicing requests, including settlements, postponements, rescheduling, changes in due dates, insurance switches, loan amendments, and issuance of release letters.

• Issue Loan Purchase Orders (LPOs) for auto loans and manage liens/releases within the system.

• Ensure the maintenance of maker-checker controls, documentation quality, transaction accuracy, and compliance with ADM requirements.

• Update and distribute Management Information System (MIS) trackers, monitor deferrals and insurance, and compile monthly declaration reports.

• Conduct general ledger reconciliations, ensure no exceptions, and circulate reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor system issues, collaborate with departments for resolution, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with automation changes.

• Address and resolve customer complaints while supporting ad hoc business requests.

• Work in coordination with the onshore team to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.

• Support the team leader with daily queries and issues.

• Achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets related to accuracy, quality, customer satisfaction, SLA, and TAT.
