Associate Creative Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform intricate genomic data into compelling narratives that resonate with and are trusted by people.

• Craft the unique creative language that distinguishes Sequencing.com in the fields of DNA, wellness, and personalized health.

• Lead a high-performing creative team across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and innovative AI-native channels.

• Develop creative systems for acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscription experiences.

• Remain closely involved with the work through concept development, art direction, writing, design, prototyping, and production.

• Establish rapid feedback loops for experimentation, testing, iteration, and learning.

• Direct internal teams and external partners to maintain a high and consistent standard of creativity.

• Offer a clear perspective on both brand and performance initiatives.

• Collaborate with growth, lifecycle, product marketing, design, and leadership to execute campaigns, launches, and storytelling efforts.

• Report directly to marketing leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years in creative positions, with at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership role.

• Proficiency in at least two areas of art direction, design, copywriting, video, motion, or creative strategy.

• Proven history of producing high-performing work for consumer internet, subscription, DTC, wellness, or technology brands.

• Strong performance in creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging AI-native platforms.

• Daily competency with AI creative tools related to image, video, motion, storytelling, and ideation.

• Solid understanding of subscription dynamics, retention strategies, and the complete customer journey.

• Experience in leading internal creative teams and managing agencies, freelancers, and production partners.

• High level of ownership and independence in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

• Familiarity with wellness, healthtech, biotech, or related fields is advantageous.
