Associate Creative Director, Art

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main creative liaison for top-tier clients.

• Cultivate client relationships and synchronize visual and artistic vision with business goals.

• Spearhead innovative conceptual thinking, transforming client briefs into campaign platforms and brand aesthetics.

• Present and pitch visual concepts, mood boards, and creative treatments to senior client executives.

• Navigate client feedback while upholding the integrity of visual and design elements.

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary creative teams throughout the creative and production phases.

• Mentor and nurture the development of art directors and visual designers.

• Establish comprehensive art direction across both digital and physical campaign touchpoints.

• Propel visual innovation in response to design trends, technological advancements, and cultural changes.

• Oversee comprehensive creative production and visual assets.

• Uphold standards of design excellence, visual craftsmanship, and quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in an integrated brand creative agency.

• A robust portfolio showcasing outstanding campaign and storytelling work for clients.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to effectively convey creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

• A passion for ideas and storytelling.

• Experience in connecting various disciplines and crafts within the creative sphere and across the organization.

• Ability to collaborate with program delivery to shape scopes, enhance client relationships through client service, and craft briefs and narratives with strategy.

• This position is remote within the United States.
