Associate Creative Director, Art

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and implement visually striking concepts that align with the brand's vision.

• Provide art direction across various multimedia platforms.

• Collaborate effectively with the Creative Director and fellow team members.

• Lead creative initiatives, pitches, and presentations.

• Articulate creative solutions and their relevance to client challenges.

• Proactively identify and address potential issues and obstacles throughout the creative process.

• Guide creative endeavors and work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

• Contribute positively to the overall health of the Creative department.

• Assist in generating new business opportunities.

• Utilize industry insights to enhance client and agency brands.

• Exhibit inclusive behaviors and take initiative in managing bias.

• Carry out all other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education coupled with professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.

• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease states and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal constraints, and competitive landscapes.

• Highly conceptual thinker.

• Agency of Record (AOR) experience is essential.

• Background and experience with therapeutic clients.

• Portfolio showcasing strategic and aesthetically appealing work.

• Management and supervisory capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of both creative and strategic dimensions of advertising and leadership.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
