Associate Consultant

📋 Description

• Perform independent desk research into therapeutic domains, patient requirements, competitors, and market landscapes.

• Assist in primary research by developing discussion guides, conducting surveys, facilitating interviews, and synthesizing findings.

• Utilize hypothesis-driven problem-solving techniques to structure client challenges and direct research and analysis efforts.

• Employ approved AI tools to enhance research and analysis, ensuring the accuracy of outputs.

• Examine qualitative and quantitative data to extract insights and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to respond to client inquiries.

• Aid in the preparation and facilitation of client workshops, documenting decisions and outlining next steps.

• Create clear, visual client deliverables that translate insights into strategic recommendations.

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks, manage deadlines, and verify work quality prior to review.

• Manage project timelines and daily coordination, effectively communicating dependencies and identifying risks or delays early on.

• Contribute to commercial strategy consulting projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, focusing on portfolio and asset strategy, brand and launch strategy, and commercial growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree is required; an MBA or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in a relevant field, including healthcare consulting, research, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology, medical communications, behavioral science, or academic work with practical applications.

• Possess a strategic, inquisitive, and client-centered mindset.

• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrate initiative, excellent organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Accountability for meeting deadlines and maintaining work quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong collaboration abilities.

• Flexibility and emotional intelligence in a dynamic work environment.

• Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis purposes.

• Ability to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
