📋 Description

• Acquire a deep understanding of the organization's fundamental consulting models and methodologies, as well as COA Consulting services.

• Enhance technical skills as outlined in the responsibilities.

• Under the general guidance of the Project Lead and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensure that client work is executed and delivered punctually while meeting quality standards.

• Assist in qualitative research and consulting projects to comply with deadlines and quality expectations.

• Conduct and evaluate qualitative interviews to extract valuable insights.

• Utilize established consulting methodologies and contribute effectively to client deliverables.

• Collaborate with project teams to foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.

• Aid in project documentation, presentations, and operational tasks.

• Engage in professional development and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• 1-2 years of experience in conducting qualitative interviews and performing data analysis.

• Proficiency in qualitative analysis tools such as Atlas.ti or NVivo.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, research, or consulting sectors is preferred.

• Skills in qualitative research and analysis.

• A strong focus on client needs and a dedication to quality.

• A results-driven mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate within a team and navigate cross-cultural dynamics.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
