Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Lead the team tasked with ICSR management for designated projects in the capacity of Team Leader.

• Ensure appropriate distribution of tasks across assigned projects and teams.

• Supervise workflow processes to enhance efficiency.

• Facilitate effective collaboration with clients regarding ICSR Management.

• Support various project team activities on behalf of both the client and the organization.

• Provide line management for assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develop and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.

• Streamline procedures, training, and other initiatives to boost ICSR team productivity.

• Recommend process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Manage ICSR deviations with assistance from the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet information to ensure their accuracy.

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct second quality control of cases.

• Act as the designated team subject matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Extensive background in pharmacovigilance.

• Proven experience in a line management position.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Strong planning and time management capabilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
