
Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a portfolio of workers’ compensation cases until resolution is achieved
• Prepare clients for their depositions
• Attend and participate in depositions
• Handle invoicing for depositions
• Address client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and facilitate case resolution
• Respond to emails and phone calls from clients
• Provide guidance and direction to non-attorney staff as necessary
• Inspire non-attorneys through exemplary leadership and foster a positive work environment
• Engage in team activities both during and after business hours
• Offer constructive feedback to management aimed at enhancing client services
• Report directly to a designated Senior Associate
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for both substantive and administrative assistance
• Must be licensed by the California State Bar
• Must reside in California
• Must maintain good standing with the California State Bar
• Recent law school graduates who have just passed the bar are encouraged to apply
• Attorneys who have taken the February 2026 Bar exam are also encouraged to apply
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
