
Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a portfolio of workers’ compensation cases until resolution
• Prepare clients for their depositions
• Attend depositions
• Invoice for depositions
• Address client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and facilitate progress towards resolution
• Respond to incoming emails and phone calls
• Provide direction and assistance to non-attorney staff as necessary
• Report directly to an assigned Senior Associate
• Collaborate both substantively and administratively with paralegals and support personnel
• Engage in team activities during and outside of work hours
• Offer feedback to management to enhance client service and firm performance
• Applicants MUST hold a California State Bar license and reside in California
• Newly admitted attorneys or those who have taken the February 2025 Bar exam are strongly encouraged to apply
• Candidates must maintain good standing with the California State Bar
• Must be comfortable in fast-paced work settings
• Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are required
• A degree is mandatory
