Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist in representing clients in state and federal plaintiff-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation.

• Perform legal research.

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and responses to discovery requests.

• Aid in deposition preparation and attend depositions.

• Get ready for and participate in court hearings.

• Communicate with clients under the supervision of senior attorneys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license to practice law in New Jersey, or be licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with pending admission to the New Jersey Bar.

• Ideally possess 1–3 years of experience in civil litigation, including familiarity with discovery processes, oral advocacy, court appearances, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.

• Previous experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour cases is advantageous.

• Must be willing to travel occasionally.
