This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide support and assistance in representing clients in wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation on the plaintiff's side at both state and federal levels.

• Perform legal research.

• Write pleadings, motions, and responses to discovery requests.

• Assist with preparation for depositions and attend them.

• Prepare for and participate in court hearings.

• Communicate with clients under the supervision of senior attorneys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license to practice law in Colorado, or be licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and in the process of gaining admission to the Colorado Bar.

• The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Experience with discovery processes within the civil litigation framework is essential.

• Proficiency in oral advocacy and experience appearing in court.

• Experience with motion practice.

• Skills in taking and defending depositions.

• Previous involvement in class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
