Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assess resumes for a variety of positions to determine whether candidates should be invited for interviews or excluded.

• Conduct Zoom interviews lasting between 15 to 30 minutes.

• Analyze candidates' backgrounds, personalities, and skills relevant to each position.

• Make decisions on whether candidates should advance in the hiring process or be dismissed.

• Regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure information is up-to-date.

• Arrange interviews based on candidates' availability, ideally between noon and 9 p.m. EST.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in finance or wealth management is preferred.

• Experience as a Client Service Associate in a financial advisory setting is advantageous.

• A background in HR is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Capability to make decisions on candidate progression in the hiring process or elimination.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Must be personable while maintaining an objective perspective and a critical approach during interviews.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Access to a computer with video capabilities is required.

• Must be able to conduct interviews in a quiet environment.

• Availability for scheduled interviews is necessary.

• Anticipated commitment of approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, depending on interview scheduling.
