This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as part of a team delivering services to SoloK retirement clients and their advisors.

• Address inquiries from plan sponsors and advisors concerning all elements of their retirement plans promptly.

• Oversee and fulfill assigned responsibilities, including tasks, emails, and phone calls associated with SoloK plans.

• Assist in the execution of annual compliance project requirements.

• Coordinate with both internal and external partners to ensure operational compliance and project completion, which includes setting up, terminating, distributing, amending, and finalizing necessary tax returns.

• Serve as an internal resource for JULY team members regarding SoloK plans.

• Keep records of client projects and responses within JULY’s software system.

• Utilize a phone queue system to effectively manage incoming and outgoing call volumes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or retirement plan management.

• Capability to clearly explain intricate compliance issues in an understandable manner.

• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills that are professional and succinct.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects with little oversight.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Client-centered mindset with a commitment to accountability, credibility, and trustworthiness.

• Team-oriented with a readiness to tackle tasks of any size.

• Positive demeanor.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
