This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +2 more states.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share.
• Identify specific commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related organizations within the designated territory.
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and tissues.
• Engage with existing customers while cultivating new prospects.
• Contribute to the sales growth of current accounts under moderate to high supervision.
• Ensure customer and patient satisfaction through effective account servicing.
• Discover new market opportunities.
• Implement marketing strategies and formulate sales plans.
• Choose presentation materials from company-approved resources.
• Conduct both large-group and individual presentations on company products and their applications.
• Assist in addressing customer reimbursement issues in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Travel frequently to customer and clinical sites within the assigned territory.
• BS/BA in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant area with 1-3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable ability.
• OR MS/MA with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification may be required in certain areas.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in rapidly growing organizations and establishing relationships that drive the organization’s growth.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to engage with all management levels, both internal and external, as well as customers.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and technical analysis skills, along with problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to analyze markets, plan sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales results and receiving recognitions.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and enhancing top-line results.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to develop a moderate-sized network of healthcare providers.
• Must adhere to customer-site credentialing and registration protocols, which necessitate up-to-date vaccinations.
• Must be willing to travel locally and/or long distances within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
