This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and assist clients through assessment, delivery, and thorough training on the ibot® PMD.

• Act as a representative for Mobius Mobility, connecting users and clinicians with engineers and technicians.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess client requirements and suggest suitable ibot® configurations.

• Perform assessments for Complex Rehab Technology and evaluate home environments.

• Deliver devices, ensure proper fitting, and provide hands-on training for users.

• Showcase product functionality and guarantee the safe and effective operation of the ibot® PMD.

• Build and sustain referral networks with clinicians, rehabilitation facilities, and community partners.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance awareness and usage of the ibot® PMD.

• Facilitate in-services, product demonstrations, and educational presentations.

• Review seating specifications and orders for precision.

• Partner with operations and service teams on configurations, delivery, and follow-up.

• Support insurance documentation and processes as required.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry-related events.

• Adhere to RESNA's Code of Ethics and company policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Current ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the examination.

• Practical experience working with individuals with disabilities.

• Valid driver's license.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy.

• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehabilitation technology, a rehabilitation facility, clinic, DME environment, or other relevant settings.

• Familiarity with CRMs (Atlas, Salesforce, or HubSpot).

• Capability to physically train new users in basic ibot® operation and ibot® stair climbing.

• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and computer systems.

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.

• Willingness to travel as needed within the country by car and plane.

• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States; the application will inquire if visa sponsorship for employment is required.
