This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinicians while assisting clients throughout the assessment, delivery, and thorough training process on the ibot® PMD.
• Assess client requirements alongside clinicians and suggest suitable configurations for the ibot®.
• Perform Complex Rehab Technology assessments and evaluations of home environments.
• Deliver devices, ensure proper fitting of equipment, and provide practical training for users.
• Showcase product functionality and guarantee the safe and effective operation of the ibot® PMD.
• Build and sustain referral connections with clinicians, rehabilitation facilities, and community partners.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing awareness and promoting the adoption of the ibot® PMD.
• Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and informative sessions.
• Verify seating specifications and orders for correctness.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams on configurations, delivery processes, and follow-ups.
• Assist with insurance documentation and related processes.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Adhere to RESNA's Code of Ethics and the policies of the company.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Current ATP Certification (RESNA) or scheduled to take the certification exam.
• Practical experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience as an ATP or therapist in rehab technology, a rehabilitation facility, clinic, DME environment, or similar settings.
• Familiarity with CRMs (Atlas, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
• Capability to physically train new users on basic ibot® operations and stair climbing techniques.
• Proficient in using standard office equipment and computer systems.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required, by car and plane.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able and willing to travel frequently, approximately 50%–75% of the year.
