This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support brokers throughout the complete loan application processing cycle.
• Prepare and compile loan files for submission to lenders.
• Manage all supporting documentation, including identification, income verification, credit checks, and serviceability documents.
• Conduct initial file assessments to ensure completeness and adherence to compliance standards.
• Communicate with lenders regarding updates, requests for additional documents, and status tracking.
• Monitor loan progress from application submission to settlement.
• Assist with pricing and valuations.
• Maintain and regularly update broker CRM systems.
• Utilize aggregator platforms such as ApplyOnline or their equivalent systems.
• Ensure precise data entry and meticulous record keeping.
• Track the loan pipeline and provide updates on status reports.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
• Provide brokers with consistent file updates.
• Ensure that files comply with aggregator and lender standards.
• Maintain the integrity of documents and manage version control.
• Adhere to company-specific processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and organize loan files effectively.
• Assist brokers with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Help with documentation and archiving after settlement.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking support or loan processing.
• Familiarity with Australian mortgage documentation and workflows.
• Understanding of aggregator systems.
• Practical experience in loan writing support or a role as a mortgage assistant.
• Proficient in using mortgage CRM systems.
• Experience with aggregator platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong skills in document management.
• Ability to work effectively with cloud-based tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to follow established processes.
• Self-managed and disciplined, especially in a remote work environment.
