This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Send timely and professional reminders to clients regarding outstanding information, documents, and lender requirements.
• Verify received documents against pending requirements and update client files accordingly.
• Keep clients updated on administrative next steps and escalate any delays or concerns to the broker.
• Prepare compliance notes and Best Interests Duty documentation in line with broker instructions.
• Conduct research, document discussions, compare products, and gather supporting information.
• Review compliance documents and disclosures, maintain organized records, and identify any missing or inconsistent information.
• Input client financial data into lender and aggregator serviceability calculators.
• Investigate lender policies, compare servicing outcomes, and document findings for broker review.
• Create, maintain, and update client records and files in Mercury CRM.
• Organize documents, notes, tasks, application information, file names, and follow-up dates efficiently.
• Prepare loan applications and enter relevant information into ApplyOnline and lender systems.
• Upload and label supporting documents, review applications for completeness, and submit them post broker approval.
• Record submission details and track lender updates and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate client marketing information and assist with approved communications through Mercury Marketing Hub.
• Adhere to privacy, consent, and marketing communication requirements.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage broking support, loan processing, or lending administration.
• Practical experience assisting Australian mortgage brokers or working within the Australian lending sector.
• Knowledge of the Australian home loan application process from initial data collection to submission and assessment.
• Experience accurately entering client data into serviceability calculators.
• Ability to research and interpret lender policies and servicing requirements effectively.
• Experience preparing or maintaining mortgage broking compliance documentation.
• Understanding of Best Interests Duty requirements and the significance of accurate file notes.
• Proficient in using Mercury CRM, ApplyOnline, or similar mortgage broking platforms.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client information and supporting documents.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills with a professional approach to client communication.
• Capability to manage multiple client files, deadlines, and follow-up tasks.
• Strong judgment in determining when to resolve administrative issues and when to escalate them to the broker.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive personal and financial information.
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying missing or inconsistent information.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
• Availability to work during Australian business hours.
• Direct experience using Mercury Marketing Hub.
• Experience supporting home loans, refinancing, investment lending, and commercial finance applications.
• Familiarity with a wide range of Australian lender policies and servicing calculators.
• Experience preparing files for compliance reviews or audits.
