Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations, training, and enhancement of the Quality Assurance team.

• Guide, mentor, and foster the growth of team members through training, performance evaluations, and ongoing assistance.

• Oversee onboarding and continuous education on Quality Assurance protocols, closing procedures, contract assessments, and customer service standards.

• Assess team productivity, quality outcomes, attendance, and scheduling to ensure effective operations.

• Examine contracts and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to HGV standards.

• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts Processing, Owner Services, and other departments to address issues and support the successful completion of transactions.

• Monitor operational reports, recognize trends, and implement coaching or process enhancements as required.

• Conduct Quality Assurance closings and assist with escalated customer issues when necessary.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Quality Assurance procedures, closing prerequisites, and industry best practices.

• Provide outstanding customer service and operational excellence, consistent with HGV's standards for integrity, quality, and service.
