This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver instructional and academic assistance to students enrolled in courses
• Offer personalized coaching and consultation sessions
• Develop instructional materials and educational resources utilizing text, video, and various technologies
• Conduct office hours or group study sessions
• Foster an online community centered on learning and ongoing improvement
• Actively participate in and lead discussions within the courseroom
• Organize and facilitate optional weekly interactive, collaborative study and review sessions
• Evaluate learning and understanding through course competency assessments, discussions, and assignments
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies, including Civitas, Outlook, and Kaltura
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress
• Engage in the courseroom during weekends
• Take part in training, team meetings, and learner appointments during designated business hours
• Background in teaching or tutoring
• Highly organized and self-driven
• Adaptability to evolving technological and pedagogical methods
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and students
• Proven time management skills
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, customer service, and problem solving
• Keen attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through
• Ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Familiarity with adult learning theories and practices, including learning contracts, collaborative learning, and active learning strategies
• Skills in assessing individual and group learning needs and conveying concepts in various ways
• Experience accommodating diverse learning styles
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning
• 1–3 years of teaching experience at the graduate level in an online setting
• Must possess a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst is required
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work over 40 hours per week when necessary
