Assistant General Counsel – Corporate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead counsel for M&A transactions.

• Create and execute AI-enhanced due diligence processes.

• Establish corporate governance frameworks.

• Assist the CLO in providing counsel to the CEO and VP of Finance.

• Manage global compliance for multiple entities within TRM's corporate structure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in corporate law.

• Active admission to the US bar.

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Experience working in-house for a rapidly growing technology firm.

• Demonstrated proficiency with AI technologies.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation capabilities.
