This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and lead a small team of career services advisors.

• Provide daily guidance to the Career Services Advising Team.

• Facilitate and promote PAC meetings along with associated metrics in collaboration with the Academics department.

• Ensure compliance through regular audits of processes and training sessions.

• Work together with the education department to guarantee that Career Planning classes lead to successful placement results.

• Assist students in completing Career Planning with professional resumes, entry-level interview skills, mock interviews, and job search expertise.

• Complete necessary exit documentation in both group and individual settings.

• Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions with students.

• Record all Career Services communications with students and graduates in CampusVue.

• Support instructors and students with resume preparation and development.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree in a relevant field from an institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

• Two years of relevant experience.

• At least one year of management experience.

• Knowledge of and experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in staffing and/or placement environments.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse groups of employees and clients.

• Capability to lead and operate in a coaching and observational style environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Occasional ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, previous management experience in the staffing/placement industry, and prior experience as a campus-based Career Services Director are preferred.
