This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and manage optimal assortments by category/collection in line with the assortment segmentation strategy, taking into account store-specific requirements based on capacity, sales volume, and demographics.
• Liaise and oversee assortment modifications with merchandising, inventory, and visual merchandising teams.
• Evaluate sales trends by frame collection, network brand, and segment on a bi-annual basis or as necessary, suggesting merchandising assortment adjustments by cluster to enhance profit margins.
• Support buyers in selecting and organizing samples for each category.
• Request new samples and coordinate their organization.
• Aid buyers with SKU attribute configuration, collaborating with vendors as required.
• Assist buyers with order entry, frame samples, sales reports, and other necessary processes.
• Address inquiries and requests from stores and resolve any customer or store-related issues.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company privacy and security regulations.
• Execute additional vital responsibilities as assigned.
• High School Diploma, Associate degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Three to five (3-5) years of relevant work experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to carry out detailed tasks and processes.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in retail mathematics.
• Capability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as to create and interpret graphs.
• Strong critical thinking skills; enjoys tackling complex problems.
• Ability to logically follow procedures and instructions.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, use hands repetitively, talk or hear, and frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Dedication to precision and accuracy.
• Capacity to manage multiple assignments/tasks efficiently amidst interruptions and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all departments within the Company.
• Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and company data security policies.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
