Asset Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Place purchase orders with suppliers to align with customer forecasts and order requirements.

• Manage supplier backlog, including adjustments, delays, and cancellations.

• Engage in communication with suppliers about supply circumstances and relay information to the sales team.

• Handle escalations involving suppliers.

• Address discrepancies in receiving and invoicing.

• Initiate the creation of new parts.

• Ensure supplier performance meets expectations while maintaining clear communication.

• Maintain parameters in purchasing and supplier systems.

• Adopt a broad perspective on issues and identify less apparent solutions.

• Participate in meetings with suppliers.

• Serve as a liaison between RMA and suppliers when necessary.

• Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of goods to supply chain customers.

• Quickly and effectively resolve issues to satisfy customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Self-starter with the ability to work well within a team.

• Capability to work independently and think critically.

• High level of accountability and ownership for assigned responsibilities.

• Excellent organizational, resourcefulness, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication abilities, including proficiency in English.

• Proven history of strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.

• Preferably has experience in global purchasing within a commodity or fast-paced environment.
