This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute client and vendor tasks related to registrations, renewals, code violations, and de-registrations.

• Maintain an updated daily portfolio and production logs, databases, and client systems.

• Assess and manage property registration processes.

• Facilitate daily communication with clients and nurture strong business relationships.

• Address client emails promptly and consistently, aiming for a response time within two hours.

• Collect tasks from the daily portfolio and cross-reference them with the registration database.

• Establish registration eligibility by examining loan histories and client record systems.

• Identify the municipality of a property, assess registration eligibility, and determine single-posting requirements.

• Fill out property registration forms and gather necessary supporting documents.

• Request checks from the Accounting department and create billing and signage work orders.

• Organize registration packets and manage the collection of required signatures.

• Monitor renewal processes and execute re-registration in accordance with client and municipality guidelines.

• Analyze loan histories, FieldScape, and client systems for any code violations.

• Prepare and dispatch code-violation documentation to clients.

• Review records for de-registrations, obtain municipal documentation, and submit de-registration packets.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Prior office and computer experience is essential, particularly with Microsoft systems.

• Exceptional communication skills are necessary.

• Proficient PC skills, typing, and internet navigation are required.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.

• A basic understanding of mortgage terminology is preferred.

• Familiarity with property management, construction, and property insurance is preferred.

• Knowledge or experience in mortgage servicing and default servicing is advantageous.

• A basic comprehension of local laws and ordinances concerning property conditions is a plus.

• Completion of client registration, guidelines and business rules, user review guide, classroom training, system training, and side-by-side training is required.

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and should not require sponsorship for employment visa status at any time.

• Availability from Monday to Friday; various shifts are available.
