This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist in coordinating the transportation and logistics operations of the distribution center.
• Manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods.
• Welcome and assist drivers during loading and unloading processes.
• Hand over and collect documentation from transporters.
• Assign loading and unloading docks.
• Administratively manage entries in the company's systems.
• Update data and parameters for items to ensure proper location and storage.
• Prepare the work sheets for the following day.
• Archive documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficient receipt of goods.
• Manage pending items to be loaded in the warehouse.
• Work daily with SAP, spreadsheets, and internal logistics management tools.
• Maintain and update operational records.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of recorded data.
• Coordinate communication with transporters, stores, and internal departments.
• Address operational issues related to goods and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with schedules and commitments.
• Support the planning and monitoring of unloading processes.
• Contribute to daily objectives and the continuous improvement of administrative and logistical processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner.
• Proactive, resourceful individual with initiative to manage incidents and operational priorities.
• Responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
• Service-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• High level of Excel; a proficiency test will be conducted.
• Knowledge of SAP (highly valued).
• Experience in organizing transportation flows (loading and unloading).
• Training in Transportation, Logistics, Administration, or related fields is valued but not mandatory.
• Intermediate level of English (B1).
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must be a national of an EU country or possess a valid work permit.
• 40-hour weekly contract, Monday to Friday.
