Asistente de Marketing Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and tailor content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms

• Design graphic pieces, banners, and digital materials using Canva or similar tools

• Assist in updating and optimizing professional profiles on LinkedIn

• Conduct research on companies, industries, executives, and market trends

• Explore job opportunities and vacancies based on defined profiles and criteria

• Prepare lists and databases of strategic contacts

• Support the creation and updating of CVs, Executive BIOS, presentations, and other professional materials

• Utilize ChatGPT and other Artificial Intelligence tools for research, content generation, analysis, and productivity

• Prepare posts and content calendars

• Follow up on activities and deliverables across various projects

• Generate reports on progress, completed activities, and outstanding tasks

• Assist with digital initiatives for EliteBrain and CONFISA Group

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical, technological, or professional training in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Design, Administration, or related fields

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, community management, or similar roles

• Proficient in Canva or other design and digital content creation tools

• Practical experience using ChatGPT and Artificial Intelligence tools

• Excellent writing skills, spelling, and written communication

• Ability to digitally research companies, individuals, markets, trends, and opportunities

• Good command of LinkedIn and social media platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Ability to prepare presentations, documents, and reports with high visual quality

• Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and attention to detail

• Capacity to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining constant communication with the team

• Interest in learning and utilizing new technologies and AI tools

• Desirable English skills; intermediate English proficiency preferred

• Previous experience in Executive Search, Career Coaching, or executive positioning is not required
