Asesor Portabilidad, Full time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to customers and non-customers of Entel.

• Offer new lines, portabilities, and additional lines.

• Work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 45-minute break.

• Enjoy fixed days off on Sundays and holidays.

• Participate in a remote training program for 12 days, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Manage outbound sales for portabilities for Entel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, from the 6th generation onward; Ryzen 3 or newer; or AMD8 and above.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Solid State Drive (SSD).

• Headset and webcam.

• Experience in sales, preferably in a call center or face-to-face setting.

• Strong persuasion skills, effective communication, active listening, and sales abilities.
