This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers currently on a postpaid plan with another provider.

• Encourage them to switch to Claro.

• Present promotions and enhanced benefits.

• Guide customers through the portability process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in sales.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Wired internet connection is required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Processor should be Core i3, 5th generation.

• 8GB RAM is necessary.

• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• USB-compatible headphones are required.

• Webcam must be on during training (mandatory).
