Asesor de Ventas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls

• Provide loans, credit, and other financial products from Alfin Banco

• Assess client needs and profiles to suggest the appropriate financial solution

• Follow up with interested clients to enhance conversion rates and finalize sales

• Participate in 2 days of theoretical training

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience in a Call Center

• Availability to work remotely

• Must have a PC or laptop

• Operating system: Windows 10/11

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps

• USB headset required

• Camera must be on during training

• Positions available for Lima and other provinces

• Secondary education required

• Availability for full-time hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
