Asesor con experiencia – horarios full time y semi full

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

• Provide them with the benefits offered by other operators.

• Encourage contract renewals, whether fixed or plan changes.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Work full-time or part-time with rotating weekend breaks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in call centers, sales, retention, or customer service.

• Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical and/or university studies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at a user level.

• Less than 1 year of professional experience.
