This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to enhance loyalty and retention

• Provide benefits offered by other operators

• Encourage contract renewals, whether fixed or plan changes

• Participate in training sessions from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in call centers, sales, retention, or customer service

• Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical and/or university studies

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office at a user level

• Less than 1 year of professional experience
