Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make contact via phone with clients from other service providers to offer them the opportunity to switch to Entel.

• Manage Entel porting sales from the comfort of your home.

• Adhere to the schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Engage in a 12-day virtual training program.

• Conduct remote management using the necessary equipment and internet connection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• No prior experience required.

• Must have a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or better, starting from the 6th generation; Ryzen 3 or AMD 8 or higher.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11 operating system.

• Solid-state drive.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Remote work available for all of Peru.
