Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL.

• Promote new lines, portability services, and additional lines.

• Engage in theoretical, practical, and on-the-job training.

• Work entirely from home with a 100% remote setup.

• Adhere to the schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Sundays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Negotiation skills.

• Sales closing experience.

• Sales management abilities.

• Experience in tele-sales.

• Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Laptop or PC with an SSD.

• Intel i3 processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• USB headset.

• Webcam.

• Maintain the same equipment used during the technical review.
