Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both clients and non-clients of ENTEL

• Offer new lines, portability, and additional lines

• Participate in the ENTEL Outbound Telemarketing campaign

• Complete theoretical, practical, and OJT training

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary Education

• Negotiation skills

• Sales closure capabilities

• Sales management

• Telemarketing experience

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• Laptop or PC with SSD storage

• Intel i3 processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher

• USB headset

• Webcam

• Maintain the same equipment used during the technical review

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Camera must be on during training
