Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL

• Provide new lines, portability options, and additional lines

• Participate in the ENTEL Outbound Telemarketing campaign

• Complete theoretical, practical, and on-the-job training

• Develop commercial skills for sales in telecommunications

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education

• Negotiation skills

• Sales closing abilities

• Sales management experience

• Experience or skills in telemarketing

• Wired internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps

• Laptop or PC with an SSD

• Intel i3 processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher

• USB headset

• Webcam

• Use the same equipment that was utilized for the technical review
