Asesor Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL.

• Present new line options, portability services, and additional lines.

• Engage in theoretical, practical, and OJT training sessions.

• Keep the camera on during training sessions.

• Work entirely from home in a 100% remote capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Negotiation skills.

• Sales closure abilities.

• Sales management experience.

• Telemarketing expertise.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Laptop or desktop with an SSD drive.

• Intel i3 processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• USB headset.

• Webcam.

• Maintain the same equipment used for the technical review.
