AS400 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the AS400 platform using the RPG programming language.

• Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather and analyze requirements.

• Create technical specifications and design documents for AS400 applications.

• Write efficient, high-quality code to implement business logic and functionality.

• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AS400 applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AS400 applications.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AS400 applications with other systems.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AS400 development.

• Experience with RPG (the primary language for the client) for AS/400 development.

• Individuals eager to train in Synon.

• Plus: any knowledge of Synon is a bonus.

• Proactive individuals with a strong willingness to learn are highly valued.
