This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, take ownership of, and implement comprehensive data, analytics, and AI product delivery for Power's Global Services & Commercial organization.
• Ensure that analytical and AI products are delivered punctually, within budget, and meet high-quality standards while creating measurable business value.
• Establish a product vision and translate business priorities into scalable, user-centric Analytics and AI solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, promote adoption and integration into daily operations, and continuously enhance product performance.
• Lead data readiness initiatives, technical execution of proofs of concept, MVP development, and the scaling of validated solutions into production-grade AI products.
• Develop and manage an AI demand pipeline and set up intake and prioritization processes.
• Define and implement the roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products from ideation through to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Convert agile planning demands into capacity plans and lead Program Increment planning.
• Collaborate with OCIO and strategic partners to onboard resources and capabilities.
• Act as a liaison among executive stakeholders, Digital Technology, business operations, and delivery partners.
• Facilitate workshops and implement enhancements across tools, processes, and workflows.
• Translate complex business requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Ensure compliance with data quality, architecture, cybersecurity, internal controls, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Establish standard work and optimize analytical platforms and operating models.
• Define product KPIs, monitor adoption and feedback, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and enhance processes and data lineage to boost delivery efficiency and productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field, including Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• At least ten years of experience in data management, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of technical experience with proven leadership across multiple functions and disciplines within a product or delivery organization.
• Experience with Global Services & Commercial platforms and applications.
• Demonstrated success in leading at least two significant transformation initiatives, including organizational change management and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data and analytics technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with cloud, big data, and AI/ML technologies, including AWS, Python, Spark, and Java.
• Strong understanding of Global Services & Commercial value streams and the integration of transactional and analytical data.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and the complete AI and machine learning lifecycle.
• Ability to lead transformation efforts, navigate competing priorities, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Capability to build inclusive, high-performing teams and collaborate across functional organizations.
• Commitment to cybersecurity, SOX compliance, data governance, privacy, application controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience applying Lean principles, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
