Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Formulate and guide innovative concepts alongside the project team based on client specifications.

• Effectively convey brand messages through visual design.

• Inspire and lead graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals.

• Oversee artwork, layout, and visual standards.

• Handle multiple projects from inception to completion.

• Provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to ensure visual design aligns with brand strategy.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and tools, implementing contemporary design methodologies.

• Present or supervise the presentation of final concepts.

• Coordinate production and distribution for cross-media placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within an agency setting.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced digital design abilities and a refined aesthetic.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Outstanding ability to conceptualize and clearly express creative ideas.

• Comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing, and media communications.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring projects are completed on time.
