This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and guide creative concepts alongside the project team, ensuring adherence to client briefs while effectively communicating brand identities through visual design.
• Inspire and lead graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals in producing artwork, layouts, and visual standards.
• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the process.
• Work in partnership with marketing and strategy teams to ensure visual designs align with messaging and overall brand strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools, applying contemporary design techniques to client projects.
• Present or supervise the presentation of final concepts.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of cross-media placements.
• Transform strategic ideas into impactful creative across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, and production teams to bring concepts to fruition.
• Report directly to Stephanie Fisher.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio that highlights high-end digital design skills and a refined aesthetic.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Exceptional ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate creative visions.
• Solid grasp of branding, marketing, and media communications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for successful collaboration.
• Capability to lead and mentor a team while driving projects to timely completion.
