Arquitecto/a Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Define the functional and technical architecture of Salesforce solutions.

• Lead the design of solutions on Salesforce Cloud, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Design integration architectures between Salesforce and corporate systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or similar platforms and cloud services.

• Advise clients and stakeholders on requirements, processes, and technological strategies.

• Establish architecture, development, integration, security, and governance standards for Salesforce.

• Oversee technical quality through design reviews and best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, product, and technology.

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement.

• Identify technical risks and ensure the performance, security, and availability of solutions.

• Evaluate new capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem that add value to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce (4 or more years as an Architect on complex projects).

• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.

• Desired certifications include CTA or System Architect + Application Architect and Salesforce Certified Platform Identity and Access Management Architect.

• Experience in drafting technical documentation for developers and quality assurance teams.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their business needs.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• High proficiency in English is desirable.
