Arquitecto Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end definition of technical and functional solutions based on Salesforce.

• Ensure industry best practices and system scalability.

• Design the corporate integration strategy, both synchronous and asynchronous, with external platforms and systems.

• Utilize MuleSoft or other middleware, custom APIs, and event-driven architectures.

• Define and optimize complex and robust data models for handling large volumes of information.

• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and oversight to development and integration teams.

• Ensure quality through code reviews.

• Design and implement the model for visibility, sharing, and security of information in accordance with industry regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to translate functional requirements into viable and efficient architectures.

• Co-lead the strategy for the evolution, optimization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform for a project in the Energy & Utilities sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce, with 3 or more years serving as an Architect on large-scale or technically complex projects.

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Strong appreciation for Salesforce Industries (Vlocity): OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures), DataRaptors, and EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog).

• Solid experience in integration and middleware solutions: MuleSoft, messaging queues, REST/SOAP.

• Proficiency in programmatic development governance: Apex and Lightning Web Components.

• Expertise in declarative development: advanced Flows.

• Experience in drafting detailed technical documentation for developers and QA teams.

• Ability to effectively communicate with executive-level clients and understand their strategic needs.

• Good level of English.
